All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our boating gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we’re here to help with a straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Important Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are NOT eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, installed, or if the original packaging seal has been broken:

  • Inflatable boats
  • Outboard motors

These items may only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our specialized marine equipment.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service (you’re responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse).

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
  • If returning for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by card issuer/PayPal)

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
