Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship the item back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our warehouse.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Refund Timing and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or model, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
